This store has the WORST check out and material cutting service, I've ever seen. 8 people in line waiting for fabric to be cut. Clerk takes her time, refolds and pins each bolt...

LOUSY checkout and cutting service 10/8/2011

This store has the WORST check out and material cutting service, I've ever seen. 8 people in line waiting for fabric to be cut. Clerk takes her time, refolds and pins each bolt and even made a tag for a remnant while 8 people are standing in line waiting!!!! Then I go to the cash register to pay and there are 12 people in line with 2 cashiers. 1 cashier leaves the register to speak with a customer about upcoming classes. 12 people are waiting to PAY and she is waiting on the one person who MIGHT take a class! INSANE. I will not be back to this store. more

Unfriendly Service 11/1/2005

During a recent trip to Jo Ann's Fabrics to purchase items for a Halloween costume I encountered over 15 people in line waiting for fabric cutting. There was only one cutting station. The cutting lady was very slow and seemed unfazed by the backup. After finally getting my fabrics cut I then had to wait in another long line in order to check out. This system definetly does not work. I will not go there again. PROS: Only fabric place in my area CONS: Grouchy workers more
