My husband and I drove 3 hours over this past weekend (07/18/09) to pick up a low profile tire at JD's Used Tire that was not available anywhere near by... We made this trip especially for this tire. We bought a used tire for $45.00 and everything seemed to be fine. Now being Monday we got my husband's truck to a repair shop only to find out that there was a huge gash hidden in the tread of the tire! We called JD's Used Tire and told them what the problem was. They remembered us and told us ""Oh sorry we don't do refunds or exchanges"" and then they hung up on my husband!!! They purposely sold us a defect tire and honestly I think it was a race issue. JD's is mainly ran by black people which is fine, but they hustled us on purpose and took our kindness as a sign of weakness... I think they discriminate more than white people! I just could not believe how they could treat people like that! We spent $35.00 there and back for gas and then the $45.00 for the tire. Not to mention taking an entire Saturday to make this 6 hour trip. Karma is a b$t@# and I would hate to be around when it hits them for treating people like this. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
