Interstate Mini Storage

We love staying at Interstate Mini-Storage. This is our second time, and the facility is always clean, well-maintained and quiet. We always feel safe, the facility is well lit, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They even offer discounts for UF/ Shands employees! more

The management at Interstate Mini Storage was extremely helpful whenever I had questions. The price was great, and I was completely happy with my experience. I stored my furniture for three months while I was away and everything was in perfect condition when I came back. I will use Interstate Mini Storage for all of my storage needs in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

I used these guys a few months ago to store some extra stuff I needed to clear out in order to show our house. Was greeted by a friendly young lady when I was booking my unit. She showed me to the unit which was larger than expected, and really clean and secure. Will be back! more

Not only is Interstate Mini Storage affordable and conveniently located to a lot of student housing, the staff is extremely friendly and fair. They have many sizes of units, both temperature controlled and not, and there are absolutely no hidden fees. They include a lock and keys and even let me use a dolly as I was moving boxes all by myself. I highly recommend Interstate Mini Storage! more

As a first year student at the University of Florida it was time for me to move out of my dorm and I was so nervous to pick a storage because I heard how the storage will be no good after waiting to the last minute, nasty, and small. But Interstate Mini Storage was the best I went to visit, spoke with the staff, and welcoming me in as family. I love this storage place. They truly are they to guide you to a storage that is right for you and your pockets not for them and the money. This is a family orientated place and I can say this is a place that is truly there and I love this place and this will be my place to stay until I graduate. What a great place to store any or all of your belongings! I was referred to this facility by a friend, who is very particular about things like this. After speaking to them on the phone, I was sure that Interstate mini storage was the place for us. The staff was very considerate and undertanding in working with us to get exactly what we needed. He helped us estimate the size we would need, and was able to give us a military discount. Everything was very professional, and very customer oriented, and the facilities were very clean and well kept. I would recomend Interstate Mini storage to everyone who needs to store anything in the greater Gainesville area. There are a veriety of sizes available, and many have climate control. Very good storage place. Lots of options on sizes, and they have climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled units. I have seen other places, and this facility seemed very clean and well-kept compared to other storage places around town. The manager/owner was in the office himself and was very nice and helpful. They offer boxes and other moving/packing equipment for sale if you need it. Also, there is surveillance and it is out of the way of everything, making it a place that is not very susceptible to theft. The only complaint I have is that they do not pro-rate their rates if you only want to stay for part of a month - instead you still have to pay for the whole month. With that being said, Interstate Mini Storage is still a great option for storage units in Gainesville. 4 stars out of 5, simply because of the lack of pro-rated rates. more

A few months ago, I drove around town looking to see how all the storage places compared. Someone had recommended these guys, but I still like to do my research. Another place in town gave me a coupon for $10 off my rate if I returned and signed for a unit with them, but interstate mini had a special that you could get half off your first month of rent if you signed for 3 months. This was perfect (and a great deal because I think I saved about 50 bucks) due to my moving schedule. I also enjoy the fact that the location makes it off the beaten path and less susceptible to crime. Overall I'd rate these guys as a 10 out of 10 for service, selection, price, and features. No complaints (and I'm one picky b****). more

Best storage place, hands down. beats the pants off of any other storage place in Gainesville. skip all the rest! Interstate Mini Storage is cheap, trust me i called everyplace in Gainesville! has a great location, nice facilities, very secure they have a ton of cameras and the property manager lives nearby. Very friendly, they treat you like family and accommodating staff. Boxes and stuff are a bit expensive there but it is very convenient to have it there. like i said, best storage place in the city, hands down. more

Great service, great prices, fast fast, efficient, very friendly staff, they take the time to explain everything to you and go the extra mile. They give you your own lock! no hidden fees! The unit i got was open 24 hours and very secure. I recommend it to anyone who needs mini storage. GO GATORS! more
