Ingrassia Furniture Interior Elements

Purchased a sofa in December 2013 and received it in January 2014. I had it in my possession for five weeks before it went back to the store for repairs. It is now May and it is not expected to be back to me until mid June. Better off going to a box store and for better customer service. All they are concerned about are the $$$$$. So much for staying local. more

Do Not order anything from this store! The dining room furniture set we purchased has gaps between the leaves and one of the leaves split! The replacement table top still has gaps between the leaves and they want to tell us that it is just fine! We have no rights and they will not let us return it. We will never shop at this hometown store again! We thought being a hometown store where the profit stays in town would be to our advantage, but we were wrong! more

I recently purchased a Sealy mattress from Ingrassia. They say it is not defective but it is lumpy and uncomfortable. I paid 1100 dollars and they refuse to do anything. Ingrassia told me to call the manufacturer. I did that and was told (by Sealy) I should buy from a company that stands behind their sales. They said there are several companies in the Rockford area who provide a comfort guarantee. I am very disappointed in Ingrassia. more

Good: I visited Ingrassia today with my daughter who just moved to Beloit, WI from the Chicago area. The store is clean and has a great selection of GOOD QUALITY furniture at very reasonable prices.. Bad: Typical sales people are all over you! Furniture stores are worse than used car lot! Why is that?. Other: My daughter purchased a dining table, six chairs, a couch and a coffee table. Top quality Calligaris (Italian) maple and glass table at less than half of what we saw elsewhere. They have a big spring sale going now - April 2010. Carry lots of Broyhill sofas for $700-$800 - very reasonable. Believe me - we spent three weekends shopping furniture and INGRASSIA is definitely a good value with a really nice selection!. more

Ingrassia Furniture has a huge store in Rockford. It's one of the best furniture places that I have been to. It has a wide selection of all your home furniture needs, and even has some other neat things, such as cookies. It's even fun for the kids to go to, as they have things such as pinball machines and foosball tables. The prices are what you would expect at a furniture store, but this one is a real nice one. more

You dont need to drive to Chicago to find beautiful long-lasting furniture. Head on over to Ingrasia's. One of the perks of this store is that they dont hound you. You know the sales staff is there if you need help, but otherwise take your time and browse. Dont forget to head to the back of the store for some of their homemade chocolate chip cookies! Delicious. more

A few years ago I went on the search for a dining room table. I search HIGH and LOW, hitting all the chain furniture stores around and even drove to Goods Furniture. Then I finally went to the locally owned Ingrassia. I found EXACTLY what I wanted within minutes. And to top off the experience the sales person was NOT pushy. And if you've shopped for furniture you know how annoying that can be. Recently my husband and I went to look for a couch. We did the same tour of furniture stores and then went to Ingrassia and found the couch in about 10 minutes. The only down side is price, however I have to say furniture is just expensive, no way around it and you do get what you pay for. Our table and chairs have worn VERY well, even with kids! more
