Simple process and we only spoke once by phone. I was able to do the rest by simple email and the car was picked up and delivered in a week. I have no complaints. Ashley was a pleasure to work with - always friendly, understanding and most of all PROFESSIONAL. I would recommend this company to friends or family. more

This was the first time I was doing a move on my own (w/o my company). It was very easy to work with Nicole to set up the dates that I needed. The quote was also very reasonable in comparison to other companies. The original pick up date was for Memorial Day which they did not come on but came two days later. It worked out better for me so I could use the car for a few more days as I was sending it out a month before I was actually moving. It was great to be able to pack items in the car for a move across the country to help with my moving costs. The car was supposed to arrive in NY from Seattle in about 10 days and it got there in 6 days which was great! I would recommend to use them again in the future. more
