Got Kids, look for good schools and you will find good houses, A good church can be a little further awayBUT you must know where to get your car(s) serviced!! Need a 6th star rating for Service 9/27/2010

We took our 2002 Audi A4 in for a steering repair and not only did they have parts in stock, a repair guy on hand who specializes in Audi repair, and time to do the repair, they also got it done in 1/2 a day WITH an offer to drive my wife home while she waits. A+++ more

Best Service Around 9/8/2010

We have been using Import Auto for several years for our cars. We have always been very satisfied but never so much as when we went to another service center. We needed to have our car towed and AAA would only tow within 5 miles so we took our car to another repair shop. We did not feel comfortable with the estimates given and I called Chris at Import Auto to check it out. Even though our car was at another shop, Chris spent a considerable amount of time checking prices of parts, etc. and advising me of the best way to proceed, which included a auto insurance claim. That's service! We have complete trust in these guys and the work they perform. more

Fast, friendly, nice tv and soft seating. Fixed my "lit up" maintenance light and gave me a filter for the inside of my "Acura". I'm good to go and it smells fresh! more

These guys are great 8/27/2010

These guys are great. Bottom line if you own a BMW that needs some attention, this is the ONLY place to take it. Bruce is a very easy to talk with charming guy that will walk through what needs to be done to get your car purring again. I don't want to get into the specifics (1 month tearing my hair out) The problem I had was with the coolent system 1st called my BMW service rep, left voicemail, he couldn't be bothered to call me back and I am still waiting !! I had it towed to a mechanic who in the end could not fix it. I called another place to see if they could do the work, ridiculed me because I mentioned my car does not have a temp guage..... It doesn't !! During lunch a friend recommend Bruce the owner of Import Auto. I went to talk the issue over with him and after our discussion was convinced he was the man for the job. Had the car towed from the other garage and bobs your uncle, I am back on the road and the car is running like a champ.. Seriously, before getting ripped off give Bruce a call and tell him 'the pomme sent you' :-) more

They were honest and very fair in price! 8/16/2010

Back in 2000 and 2001, when they were located a little further North on Hwy 9. behind the wooden fencing of the junkyard, I had a good bit of work done on my 1991 Honda Accord by them. I originally went to them solely on a referral from a co-worker who had done business with them. On all occasions, the service was completed on time and at a very reasonable cost (sometimes using rebuilt or remanufactured parts) nothing was replaced that didn’t need replacing. They were honest and very fair in price. I have since moved far away and can no longer do business there; however; unless things have changed in the past five years, I would highly recommend them. more

Their work has always been done in a professional manner, timely and with integrity. We have also purchased vehicles from Juan that have been at reasonable prices and in good condition. Awesome shop 7/7/2010

My car broke down last weekend and the tow truck driver (All Georgia Towing) recommended Import Auto, Inc. as the place to take my car. I am so thankful that he did. The repairs on my car were about 600 dollars less than what the dealer would charge. I called and checked. Chris was great, very helpful and explained everything that needed to be done. I was very pleased with the work done and will take my car back there again. They really do a great job. more

Excellent service 7/2/2010

We have a Toyota and Nissan and Chris and his team have provided excellent service for both our cars for over 2 years. Even if i didn't live in the area I would drive out here just because I know I can trust them. They are reliable, reasonably priced and always lower than the competition (especially dealerships) and will give you a ride home or work while they fix your car. Now you can't get that kind of great service anywhere. more

Wont go anywhere else! 6/24/2010

I can’t say enough about these guys! Especially Chris who runs the service department! They’ve always been nothing but fair, timely and courteous and very reasonably priced. It’s the best place for your Honda or Acura, bar none! I’d happily recommend this place to all my friends who own Hondas and Acuras, and do. They even helped me with a bird that got into my grill and did it within about 30 seconds whereas Maaco told me it’d be an hour’s worth of work and $40.00. Thanks Import Auto for your great Service! When my family moved I had a good friend from Tucker, Georgia who said get your car repaired at Import Auto, Juan will take good care of you. Juan had serviced and repaired his daughter’s car for several years. My family had 4 or 5 cars and they did a great job. Juan is great!
