Identity Salon & Spa

I recently heard about Identity Salon & Spa from a friend. She referred me to her stylist Kim. Kim was really nice..the salon is very nice inside. It was very welcoming and warm. I have short hair and I wanted to go lighter overall. Most stylists have a hard time foiling my short hair, but Kim did an excellent job! I love my hair now...she did a fabulous job, she covered some of my grey too. Anna cut my hair after, and she didn't cut it too short and cut all of the highlights out! Its perfect! They have a first time client offer of 20%off any retail as well, so I bought some products that they both recommended...I am definitely going back and will recommend the salon to others too. I am new to the area, and was looking for a Redken Salon in Ann Arbor. My previous salon used the Shades brand. When I called the Salon, the receptionist was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was happy to hear that they are open until 7 and 9 during the week, and on Saturdays and Sundays. My work schedule is crazy, so I had plenty of choices to schedule. She even offered their new client special of 30% off first visit, and 20% off any products purchased. I was very impressed by Elizabeth. She did a great job on my color, and cut. I was amazed at how good it looked. My friend who was with me, also wants to book with her too. The atmosphere in the salon is really nice and cozy. I would highly recommend the salon to anyone! more
