The Service Guys are Terrific! 1/9/2014

The business keeps changing owners but thankfully the service department stays with the same solid group of guys. They go out of their way to take care of my car. I drove in on New Years day and had some problems and they not only took care of the problems but did it quickly, gave me a cleaner car and just made my "emergency" much less stressful. more

Overall I never had any issues there! Great customer service! I bought a brand new car last year and I am happy with the car! I would suggest the dealership to wash the car inside to not just outside.. more

Terrible - shouldn't even have a star 11/20/2013

We bought our car brand new (23,000+) from the former owners, loved our salesmen and management - my original experience was no hassle what so ever, in 18 months we’ve put nearly 50,000 miles on it - my wife loves this car and when I came in a few weeks ago I was truly ready to upgrade into a newer model... until experience that day. It was terrible and we won’t be back, I won’t tell my friends to buy cars from there is a good chance we may not buy another Hyundai because of how awful the people were there… the issues I asked them to review they didn't, then they tried to up-sell me new/more expensive parts without providing me a clear explanation... worst part is they made me feel dumb, I’m 30 years old and have bought several cars and had long positive relationships with car-salemen, service folks and management… I left that disappointed – it was a waste of my time and I’ll never be back more

Very Good Experience 9/7/2013

On September 5, 2013, I took my 2010 Hyundai Elantra to Flatirons Hyundai of Boulder for an oil change and a general inspection. I also pointed out a problem with a warning light, which was repaired under warranty. This was my first visit to Flatirons Hyundai, which is quite small in size. I was very impressed with the customer service provided and the quality of the work performed. I will definitely return to this dealership for future service. more

I can make an appt. within a reasonable time frame. The employees are very helpful, and efficient. I like that they call to let me know the car is ready. They seem to want to help get repairs that are covered under warranty. more

Best Hyundai dealership in Denver metro area 8/13/2013

Staff at Flatirons Hyundai is friendly, courteous and efficient. There are no games, they will give you a great price right off the bat and are willing to work with you. Buying a new car is fun again! The service department is great as well, very fast and very professional. more

Friendly, prompt and through service. Chad saw that the tires were wearing in the front so suggested to rotate and balance them, which was great. My husband works in Denver and its hard for us to get the car in, so we were very appreciative noticing this, so that we could get it done right then and there! more
