My friend and I purchased sewing machines at Howards 2 years ago and found the owners to be very helpful... I have returned several times since purchasing my Janome and have had excellent service. Pros: good service Cons: a little far for me to travel more

they are rude unless you are spending a lot of money and speak badley about other dealers and when you do want to look at a machine - they do not let you try it - they show you very few features unless they feel you are extremely serious about buying that day. Pros: carry good product Cons: not helpful more

people (owners) are very rude and sold me a used item when they said it was new - I found after opening things that showed that - when I confronted them - they said ""sorry"" but did nothing more - They especially the daughter are extremely rude. Cons: rude more
