If I could give them a minus, I would. 3.5 years after they did the install for our builder, their shoddy work, poor technical knowledge, and extreme lack of integrity continue to dissappoint. We had no choice in contractor because they were teamed with our developer, and to this day I regret asking them for anything.
We paid for 14 network drops, 7 cable drops, and to have all of them run to a structured patch panel in the basement. We also paid for 2 tv pre-wires. ?When we closed, 3 Ethernet drops were actually done correctly, with the rest inoperable due to broken wires, mangled cables, or ?connectors. ?The coax cables were in worse shape, with staples through the insulation and ?several bent beyond their limits. No cables were lab else's, and the panel we were promised wasn't equipped at all. ?It took 2 weeks to fix most of what they had done, and almost 4 years later, we are now finding that the tv pre wire they did was missing tHe cables we paid for. When confrontEd with the issues, they belittled our complaints and told us we had no idea what we were talking about. Only after intervention from our developer did they refund some of the cost, but the incompetence and complete.dishonesty continue to haunt our plans.
Steer clear of these hacks- they have no place in your home.
