House Of Wings

I have frequented this establishment since they opened.\r The food quality is always good. \r The owner- you have to know how to take her. She is a good person.\r She nearly died when a person who was high ran over her and her husband on their motorcycle on a charity bike run. She lost her husband in that accident , and he was one of the nicest people you could ever know. I noticed other reviews bashing her, but, walk a mile in her shoes before you criticize her.\r I will always dine at the House of Wings, and recomend it to any wing lover Pros: Fresh n tasty more

I have been in this establishment on and off for many a years. I have always\r witnessed the owner being completely arrogant and disrespectful to almost\r all customers including one's that are so called friends of hers. She has no\r idea how to run a business except by driving it into the ground. Personally I\r think the business would be a lot better if she wasn't drunk 24/7. There has never\r been a time when I was in the restaurant that she wasn't completely loaded. All \r the time loaded and still trying to run her business. I feel it would be in the businesses \r best interest if she sold it or gave it away. She obviously does not want to keep it,\r considering the way she treats the people who are her MONEY. Pros: Cant find any pros Cons: Everything about this place is a CON probably even the people who work there!!!! more

I have ordered a lot of food from House of Wings and never had a problem until tonight. I just paid $30 for 2 dozen wings. Unlike the employees at House of Wings, I can add, subtract, multiply, and divide. That would be $1.25 per wing, they are good, I must admit, but not that good. They shorted me a dozen wings and an appetizer. After calling to let them know I would be back for the rest of my order, I was placed on hold for about 10 minutes then told they do not make mistakes with orders. (Although, they did acknowledge forgetting the appetizer). Someone was screaming in the background and then hung up on me. Business 101 would have taught them to just give the dozen wings and appetizer to the customer. Most establishments would have thrown in an extra dozen to keep the customer coming back. more

atmosphere is stressful, employee's are wonderful,owner is disrespectful to customers, snaps at anyone, not the most enjoyable dining experience. the owner didnt even know who i was while dining and before long i was being questioned and harassed by the women Pros: food is actually good Cons: only good for takeout...eating in is not enjoyable more
