Very friendly and helpful. They have a very nice showroom, and came to my house to help me pick what I needed for my windows, they were on-time, which I am very picky about. I just ordered from them and was very pleased. Not only were they very knowledgeable, but they were friendly and prices were great. I knew I wanted Hunter Douglas honeycomb shades, and shopped around bit. The salesperson at Home Touch was the most knowledgeable on the products and was very thorough in explaining all the details of the product. Everywhere else seemed like they were interested in just gettting a sale, but here she really took the time to make sure I was ordering the right thing. She was even very patient with my kids that were destroying the showroom! I ended up ordering cordless shades, that no one else even showed me! I will return to purchase more products from them. more

Just had another blind installed in my home and I absolutely love it. Hunter Douglas is more of an higher end product so I have been buying my blinds one at a time for my budget. My husband's philosphy is that he'd rather do a little at a time and have a much superior blind than just put cheap up all at once! Love the people that work at the store and the installer, they are always helpful and willing to accomodate my schedule. I have no eye for interior designing stuff, so the designer has been Uber helpful with helping me select the right colors and products. I've shopped around and prices for Hunter Douglas do vary, but since Home Touch was really reasonable and their customer service is great- we went with them. I love my Duettes and I suggest this store to ANY and everyone looking for custom blinds. more

I just had my products that I purchased from them installed, and I love them! I shopped around and knew what I wanted, after comparing several places, I found that they had the best price, and seemed to know the most about the product I was looking for. They even gave me a better price on a different system that some of the other places didn't even mention to me. The designer was great to work with and the installer was very nice. I am suspicious of the positive reviews, since professional is spelled ""perfessional"" consistently. Perhaps a company employee has posted them? I have used Home Touch twice. The first experience 3 years ago was excellent. My experience this summer has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I am giving 1 star, because that is the lowest allowed. My recent experience deserves zero stars. The designer came to our home to choose window coverings.She seemed knowledgeable, so we proceeded with the order. I was shocked at the price, but I didn't think too much about the staggering difference from our last purchase at the time. I said she seemed knowledgeable. She wasn'. She charged us for the wrong blinds and called back to say our total was higher. She also measured one of our windows incorrectly. Becky, the office manager, is the rudest person I have ever spoken with. She began telling us that we needed to pay more towards our balance 2 weeks after our blinds came in. She repeatedly lied about things and changed her story. For example, when she called to tell me our blinds were in and the installer would be contaciting us, she told me that repairs we had agreed upon with the designer were an additional charge (and those charges were between us and the designer). Later, when I asked to speak to her boss, she changied the story and said she thought I was talking about additional repairs and that the installer had already completed the initial repairs. How would the installer have completed repairs whe he hadn't been to our home yet? She would call me, then call my husband and tell him I wasn't returning her call (5 minutes after she left a message). When I asked for an itemized receipt, since the total seemed high, she refused to provide one. It took 2 months to get that. She has refused to give me contact information for her supervisor, saying she runs the store, and the owner isn't involved much. We had to take about a half day off work twice to meet the installer, since one of our blinds was too big for the window and had to be returned to Hunter Douglas to be cut. I really wish I would have shopped around and bought my blinds from another Hunter Douglas retailer. I do like the blinds. However, given the other reviews on pricing, I am convinced that $500 per window for vignette shades (on a standard window size) is too much. If they are charging a premium price for customer service, that is pathetic. I have gotten better service at Wal-mart. more

Wow! This place is very expensive! I looked around just to get some quotes for our recently finished basement. This place was nearly twice as much as the next highest bid for the exact same Hunter Douglas product with the same warranties. When I asked why it was so expensive the salesman said ""we offer better customer service."" Sorry... I'm not going to pay hundreds of extra dollars for a smile. As long as my new blinds look great and the job is done on time, I'm happy (and I am happy by the way, with my new vignettes!!!). I would recommend looking around town before you buy anything from Home Touch. Also, even though I told them I was going with another company, their telemarketers never fail to call me every other day around dinner time. We just moved to town and we were in the market for serveral things for my home. One of our items was window coverings. The great thing about this I used to sell them back 20 years ago. We visited there showroom and we were pleasatally suprised with the attention we recieved from Kim in the office. She was very helpfull and knew enough to help us. She made us aware that she was not the sales person but she was able to answer most of our questions. We scheudled a time for Cory to come out, he was running a little late but he called to let us know, very nice. The way he handled himself and his product knowledge we felt very comfortable and at ease. We placed the order with him that night. He was very efficent and helped us to feel at ease that they will meet what they say they will. Pros: Quality, Perfessional, On Time Cons: WIsh i would have bought more to get more money back from Hunter Douglas more

I have used this company several times. My blinds were cleaned quickly and looked wonderful when they were done. A couple of the blinds needed repair and they were able to fix them at a very reasonable cost. I will continue to use them and recommend them. Pros: Helpful staff more

I want others to know how impressed I am with Home Touch and the great work they did for me. I had new windows put in my home and decided to upgrade my blinds. The sales person came to my home and showed me samples of blinds and helped me decide that worked best in my home. She was very professional and most of all on time for the appointment. They were delivered and installed on time by some very nice and friendly your men. Thanks to Home Touch, my house looks great. I highly recommend this company and will use them when I finish my basement more

We ordered blinds for our home four years ago and everything was fine. We ordered another blind for our basement and had a terrible experience. Kim who sets up appointments has terrible communication skills. They don't put the customer first and they could careless about you and your time. They don't keep their word. DO NOT get your blinds from them. more

I moved here from out of state, My husbands job took us here. We found a beautiful home with ugly cheap blinds. I wanted shutter in the front of my house and standard blinds in the back. Pros: great products, nice people, hard working, to fit my needs more

I love my new Home Touch Window Coverings. I was really apprehensive about getting the right product for my new remodel. The salesman was courteous and set my mind at ease. He suggested several products and was patient with all my questions. The coverings came sooner than expected which was an added bonus! They look great. I have used Home Touch in the past for blind cleaning, but will also highly recommend them for new window coverings to all my friends. We had final measurements for plantation shutters done the last week of January. It is now the last week of March...no shutters. We were just told our order would have a ""rush"" put on it to be instaled the first week of April. We have been in contact with three different employees, no one is on the same page. We get different stories from each one. Poor communication. If we had not already signed a contract and given the downpayment, we would have been long gone. I would NOT recommend Home Touch for shutter instalation. more

I just went in for a bid on some blinds.Then I walked out knowing more about their products and their competitors.The gentleman gave me a bid and they beat their competitors by over $525 THEY beat COSTCO,wallpaper warehouse,etc.I will be back to have my blinds cleaned. Pros: Great Service! more
