Home Theater Gallery provided good customer service, in comparison with other big named box stores. In dealing with them, I was able to get quicker response in designing my home theater system. I felt comfortable with Matt and Joe as we were designing my system, and they seemed trustworthy and that also helped me to choose them to do business with.
