wonderfull services 9/15/2013

Budgeting is a big deal for me, so I really like the Holiday Inn. I can save money without staying in a crummy room with a broken air conditioner and no pool. :) more

My kids love the Holiday Inn! When we go on vacation that's where they like to go. And we like it because the price is right and it's comfortable. So it's a win win situation all around. We're in San Antonio a lot, it's our favorite vacation spot. more

Really Nice Place :-) 8/18/2013

They are really nice at the Holiday Inn. The people in the room next to me were blaring their TV and yelling, so we called the desk. They took care of it immediately and we had peace and quiet for the rest of the night. And they didn't make us feel stupid for calling about it. more

My mother is in a wheelchair, and we needed to stay at a Holiday Inn for a few days. Some hotels are not very accommodating to people with handicaps, but not the Holiday Inn. They were gracious and helpful, and made her smile. They put us in a room on the ground floor so she didn't have to deal with the stairs or elevator, and they helped us get her luggage to her room. It was a wonderful experience, I would go back for sure!\r more

Great Customer Service 8/11/2013

Last year we went to a cheap hotel and were horrified by the uncleanliness of the room! The sheets hadn't been washed, the bathroom was dirty, the people were rude- very unpleasant! We didn't feel comfortable there so we packed up our stuff and went to a Holiday Inn further down the road. It was wonderful, and the price was still good. Now we just go for the Holiday Inn automatically; we know that we're sure to have a clean room and good service there. more

I love the Holiday Inn because I can exercise while I'm staying there! As a frequent traveler, I try to stay in shape. Some motels don't offer a workout room or pool so it's hard to keep on a fitness schedule. Thankfully Holiday Inn accommodates fitness junkies like me. :) \r more

The hotel has a very nice local and pleasant feel to it and both the rooms and the public places give an instant sense of well being. Most amazing aspect of staying was the the staff. Their friendliness, attention to detail and service match (or even exceed) the highest standards of customer service . Remarkable is that I found this to be the case in all departments including restaurant and housekeeping and not only the more obvious teams such as front desk and restaurant staff. On my next trip to San Antonio, I will certainly return to this wonderful hotel. more

The staff in this hotel is just amazing and will go out of their way to make any kind of request the guest have as their most imp priority. The location is mind blowing and there are plenty of things to do inside and around the hotel. The restaurants are also superb so it has all u will want in a hotel. more
