Great service 4/3/2014

We had quartz countertops installed in our two small bathrooms. Kateri was very helpful and accommodating. I wanted to see what the edging looked like on the thinner 2 cm. material, and they made a sample for me. Counters are beautiful. I had a minor issue after installation and it was handled promptly. Highly recommend. Good price and great service. more

FANTASTIC 3/10/2014

The product selection was a great process. Easy and at my pace. My kitchen project was in two phases about 45 days apart and they completely understood and scheduled accordingly. Simon and his install crew were very courteous and considerate of the 'mess' they were making each time and cleaned everything up as requested. Highly recommend, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. more

Master Bath Remodel 3/8/2014

Working with Chris and Kateri was a great experience! Our 30-year-old master bath went from builder's grade to relaxing spa! Their crews are perfectionists. We've already recommended them to friends and hope to use them again ourselves! more

Unbelievably beautiful, 1/8/2014

Every thing about this company is great. I was referred to Hilton's by Bailey's Cabinets (another really great company) to provide counter tops for the new cabinets I was having installed in my kitchen. I had an estimate from a big box store and was pleasantly surprised that the cost would be almost the same, however, the selection was much greater. The craftmanship for the quartz counter top was the best. more

Best of the Best!!!! 1/6/2014

We just had our flooring replaced at our dental office. I had the best experience ever. All patients and employees love it and keep giving compliments! Everybody at Hiltons flooring was extremely nice and professional. Chris and his wife were sweethearts. All employees were on time and knowledgeable. The project was done on time. They left the office very clean. Thank you for the great job! I will definitely recommend Hiltons Flooring to everyone and will use their services in the future!!!!! more

Overall service is really good 1/3/2014

One obvious difference from a competitor than we had used in the past is the full service that Hilton's offers. The husband and wife team at Hilton's offered us advice on the products, what we might consider and prices for a new granite counter top and back slash for our kitchen. With all the hand holding we received, Hilton had the granite to look at and select, which was not so at Big Company "B" that gave us a quote and nothing else. Scheduling went smoothly and the plumber recommended by Hilton's showed up on time and finished the sink hook up quickly. After noticing a small area that needed some attention, the follow-up was immediate. Everyone should check with Hilton's before buying flooring or granite counter tops. more

Outstanding installers. 11/27/2013

All of the carpeting that they put down throughout the house looks really good with my furniture! I just got the walls painted and it all matches that, too. People need to know that Hiltons Flooring has some really good workers who know what they're doing. more

I went looking for a locally owned company with good customer service. I found a family owned, local company with fantastic customer service! They helped us find the perfect carpet on several occasions. The owners did the measuring both times and their install team couldn't have been nicer. Great job! more

Hiltons Flooring is a great place to shop for everything from flooring to countertops to tile of all types. The owners and staff are very helpful and stand behind their work. We are always treated fairly and honestly and fell very much at home in their showroom. They bend over backwards for their customers. 11/22/2013

I found Hiltons Flooring online when I was looking to have granite counter tops put in for the renovation of my kitchen. I checked their pricing, and they seemed to offer prices below others. They sent me to their lab yard, and I ordered what I wanted there. I did have a problem with the granite initially. It looked like there was a big blemish by the sink. I thought it was broken, but it turned out to be a vein. They redid the area so that it wasn't so visible. They really bent over backwards for me. Then, the people I had commissioned for my flooring and backsplash kept not showing up, so I hired Hiltons Flooring for those parts of my kitchen installation, too. I was happy with the outcome of everything they've done. I have friends who have also used them and really appreciated their work as well. I would highly recommend them. more

Very good service 9/22/2013

We had new granite counter tops and tile back splash installed in our kitchen. They were very easy to work with. Very helpful and very reasonably priced. The installers did a very good job and cleaned everything up when they were finished. I would recommend this company and use them again myself. more

No pressure from salespeople, very satisfactory work 9/13/2013

Hilton Flooring installed new counter tops for us. It took about two weeks for them to complete the two separate sections for us. They came to our home to measure everything. We had a couple of issues during the process, but everything was resolved right away. They did a really great job. We also liked that during the sale, they did not try to pressure us to buy more than what we needed. They also offered a wide selection of designs to choose from. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. more
