Beware of this company. Joined the maintenance program and all was good. Then I had a problem with my unit. They told me my heating element had rusted out and was causing the problem. He said it would be better to buy a new unit than spend $3k to fix it. I said ok what does a new one cost, they had to call in the sales person. He comes out and says $9k after a $1,500 coupon was applied. They wanted to do it the next day and said ok. After sleeping on it, called them and postponed the install. Called two other local reputable companies, they both quoted me for the same product installed $6k. After negotiating I ended up paying $5,050. The other two companies also showed me the heating element that only had minor rust on it and was not a concern yet. They said I didn't need to replace it unless I just wanted peace of mind and better efficiency. \r \r The bottom line, buyer beware with this company. Also, read reviews from Nashville on Hiller. You will see similar stories. Not saying their service is bad, just their prices. Not to mention what seems to be a pattern of misleading or up selling. Do your homework and get other quotes. more

I just want to send a thank you note. Thank you for hiring quality individuals. Yesterday, one of your service techs, Brent (#7517), came out to look at my air unit. It is an old unit and he was able to get the heat working. However, he showed me some potential hazards (health and safety) due to the age of the unit. This included holes in the heat exchange. He was professional, friendly, and it really seemed like he cared about the health and safety of my family. Today, I met Bridgett Anderson. She was, by far, the best sales person I have ever encountered. Bridget obviously loves what she does. She Really impressed me with her knowledge and ability to explain everything. She treated me with respect and did not treat me like just another sale. I do not like the idea of spending so much money, but the buying experience was the least painful. I wish every sales/service experience I have for the rest of my life could be this good. I don't have my new unit yet but am already a happy Hiller customer. Thank you. more

Technician was very courteous and took every effort to keep our home clean during his visit. He explained everything in detail to us as he was performing the inspection and gave us a great wrap up when the inspection was complete more

I had Webb and Danny come and inspect my plumbing and service my HVAC units. Both were extremely professional and great with my family. My 3yr old daughter was constantly curious about what they were doing ect.. and they were very polite and fun. My daughter is still talking about the ""worker men"". They didn't pressure me into a sale or sell me something I didn't need like other companies had. They also explained what I needed to know so I could conduct proper maintenance on the plumbing and HVAC. You guys have been making your way slowly into my neighborhood and extended family as I continue to recommend your services to all. Thank you again! more

Danny Victory came to our house today to look at our HVAC unit. I was 99% sure it was the fan motor. He went through my whole unit he checked every capacitor he checked 100% of my unit. I have had other ""service"" people out in the past and I have never had anyone with such attention to detail and a desire to help me out. Danny found it actually was the motor and replaced it. in doing so he found a problem with the new motor so another service tech came out named Kris. they worked together and got my unit up and working with no problems. Both guys were VERY polite and informative about everything they did. more

\r \r When Kenny (service tech.) arrived he was very polite and knowledgeable about our a/c problem when I describe what was happening he had good ideal of the problem right a way. A/C was repaired and running in no time did a wonderful job checked out rest of the unit inside and out was well pleased with service, will diffidently use again and will recommend to friends and family thanks for the good job. more
