Hidy Honda

This visit was another really positive experience for me at Hidy Honda. I have such confidence in this service department! I was immediately greeted, and continued to be greeted by other employees in the hall and in the waiting area. John was my service advisor for this trip. I just think he's great. He's very profesionnal and made sure I knew what to expect, plus John followed up with me when he said he would. I really appreciate the transportation service. The drivers were professional, timely and safe. I enjoyed talking with both of them. They know how to talk with customers. I also like getting a follow up phone call after the service. Plus Chris, the service manager, called me personally. I'm certain he has 2 million other things going on.... overall, a great experience and I will definitely be back. more

I bought my car from here in 2006 and used their service center from the time I bought the car until I moved out of state in March 2010. The sales staff at the time I bought my car was awesome and professional. I had very specific ideas for what I wanted in a car and they fulfilled those desires by finding a manual transmission Accord 200+ miles away and driving it to Dayton. The service center has always done a good job with my car and the prices were competitive with anything I could find elsewhere. The shuttle service came in handy since I lived alone and didn't have anybody to pick me up or drop me off. more

I Have Seen Him In Action Leading The Team And Dealing With Issues With Customers That Ranged From Normal/nice To Irritated And Upset; He Handled Each Case Expeditiously, Providing Some Pretty Amazing Solutions At Times. This dealership is terrible and that's putting it mildly. There is a reason there are so many complaints. Hidy Honda has ruined my experience with Honda. I will never buy a Honda again and I have sold my Civic EX. I have never been treated so bad in my life. There service department is a nightmare. They do not honor the we beat the other guy by $300 to $800 either. I had problems with the Civic vibrating. I was told after the second trip to the service department that I should have bought a more expensive car if I wanted a smoother ride. I said I find it hard to believe that a New Car vibrating is normal and they insisted that this will be an issue with a lower end car. Common, who ever heard of this crap. I have bought a low end car and a high end car and have never had a issue with vibration like this before. They flat out refused to service my car after the third trip. I went to Castruci Honda and they said right away the car has fat spots on all four tires. They said I had to take it back to the dealership from where I bought it so I did. Hidy Honda still refused to fix it. I called Honda Care and they said take it to Good Year. They fixed the car. All this took several ( 7 ) months. Then the brakes where going out at 9500 miles. They would not fix it under warranty even though there are a ton of complaints on this issue. They said I drive the car too rough. I baby the car. Im a drivers Education instructor and that meant nothing to these people. Hidy Honda has burnt me so bad that I will NEVER buy a Honda Product again. All this took the joy out of my car and as I stated earlier I sold it. more
