I called H&H more than a week ago after being referred to them by Sony for my 46"" Sony Bravia. Called the shop. A woman answered. Cut me off, said she was with a client and would call me right back. (Perfectly understandable.) It's now a week later and no return phone call. Decided perhaps it was just an oversight. So I went online to get their phone number again and recontact, but after reading these other reviews, I'm thinking I just dodged a bullet. more

Brought in our Samsung TV for repair last week. Was called within 3 days with the estimate and had the set back to me within 5 days of dropping it off at their location. Pleased with turn-around time and cost of repair. Highly recommended! Pros: Fast service more

I saw the reviews this company had here and was afraid -- I had no choice because I'd been sent to this company by the company managing defunct Circuit City warranties. These guys are GREAT! The original appointment was for tomorrow. A guy called today and asked if he could do it today. Sure, I said. He talked with me to isolate the problem and suggested he'd be able to fix it on-site, between 2 and 4 p.m. At 3, a guy arrived. He took the box apart, found the problem, showed it to me, and had my TV in working order 10 minutes after he arrived. I give H&H my unqualified top rating. Pros: Fast, efficient, timely more

Avoid this repair shop unless you want nothing but broken promises. After five months of not fixing my tv and then loosing it in a break in I only received half the purchase cost from their insurance company. This is what I was told the tv was worth. Not a good way to do business. Cons: Poor comunications more

I had a great experience with H&H Tv and Electronics. I called on a monday (actually on sunday but they were closed) I was led thru some things for me to try first that made me feel like they knew what they were talking about. When it didn't fix the problem, they scheduled a call the next day. A very nice gentleman came on time and Proceeded to have the exact part needed for the repair. He was able to repair my Lcd tv, and the price was less than I thought it may be from calling other servicers around town. I would recomend to anyone this company whenever you have a problem with your TV. Pros: helpful quick service Cons: not open on sunday more

I bought extended contract for my SAMSUNG 52'' year ago at the Circuit City, my LCD is 2nd top of the line at a time, and everything seem to work perfectly until problem start surfacing. OK, I called the service and have a high hope that I'm covered and the vendor will taken care of my TV. Indeed the lady have told me I?m already taken care of so nothing to worry (What a nice promise!) Pros: Haven't prove anything Cons: Came 3 times but failed to identify the problem more

I have a Sony Lcd television that went out and needed repair. When I called Best Buy, I was on hold and automated attendant hell, and when someone actually answered all I got was the run around with them saying if I didn't buy the product from them or the extended warrantee they would not help me. Then I went on the internet and looked for service with Sony's website and found multiple companies some did not even answer the phone only got an answering machine and some I could only schedule a call thru the internet and not even have a number to call if problems or a question. But when I called H & H Tv Somebody actually answered the phone and I didn't get a answering machine. They asked a couple of questions and then, scheduled service and were out within 24 hours. A man came out, was very professional and very patient with us, and fixed it in my home. H&H was reasonable in their fee too. I am So glad there are still some companies out there that are family bussinesses and treat the customer with respect and care. thank you H&H for your prompt and friendly service. Had some static on my 50' plasma so I call Circuit City to service it, per my service agreement with them. They farmed the work to these guys. H&H called me to schedule a visit. Since Circuit City didn't mount my TV they said it would cost me $75 to take off the wall and another $75 to put it back up. Cons: Not efficient, seemed to ""find"" a new problem that I didn't know existed more

I took my LCD tv there and they replaced the board and it hasn't worked the same since. They are the most inconsiderate people I have ever dealt with. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING THERE!!!! Pros: Absolutely None Cons: EVERYTHING!!! more

I was assigned these guys to fix my 42 inch TV. It has taken them 3 weeks to get out to my place and when they ""fixed"" it, I had to call right back to Circuit City to get them out again. I was assigned to use this company to repair my 53"" tv by circuit city warranty. (Circuit city was great to work with) I was told by this company that it would be at least two weeks to come out and repair my tv and that I should call Circuit city to have someone else repair it. Circuit city called them and said I would get an appointment earlier then 2 weeks away and told me to call and set up an appointment. So I called and was told that they won't be able to set up an appointment because the repair person hurt his back. I run my own company and if I ran it like this I would be out of business! Circuit City reassigned my repair to a respectable company. Cons: poor costumer service more

Slow, expensive, poor service. Don't go here. Brought my sony 36"" TV in (275 pounds by the way) because they wouldn't come to my home. A month later it was ""done"". Got it home same problem. A week later they came out (although they said they didn't) and re-replaced board in TV. Took 10 minutes. A while later I tried the picture-in-picture and that didn't work. I called and they told me to bring it in. I said I wouldn't and they said that I was stuck. I guess I don't need PIP anyway... Pros: TV sort of works now. Cons: Many. more
