Nothing but good things to say about Dr Kates. He's personable, he knows what he's doing, and he really cares about each patient as a person. They have a separate number so that fertility patients don't have to call and answer painful questions when they need to call the office...just a direct line to Dr K's nurse. There is one ultrasound tech who is less than professional but hopefully that was an isolated incident.
