I've lived in the Grand Centennial apartments for about 6 years now and loved it. Sadly I just moved back to the east side of town, but can't say enough good things about the area or staff. If you like the outdoors, you are in easy walking distance of Ute Park and 5 minutes from Garden of the Gods. The pool is nice and recently redone (although its way to small to swim laps in). High ceilings and pretty good insulation from noise from the neighbors. Plenty of parking, and not too expensive, especially for the area.
