ok first off the customer service sucks. Here is the story, first my girlfriend called to see how much it would cost to order a CV axle (front drive axle), for her 2006 XTERRA....

I bought my brand new 2012 Altima 2.5 5/23/2012

I bought my brand new 2012 Altima 2.5 SL here today. I traded out of my previous Nissan lease, lowered my payment, and got the car I wanted. Jim Paolo was great to work with and Grant in the finance department was very professional and time conscious. This is the 4th Nissan I've leased from Boucher, and I'll continue coming back. A+ more

Good folks 8/26/2011

I can't get the stars to to work so I give ****** 6 stars. Tammy was great in sales, Kip helped me out a lot with all the new features when I bought my Juke that I came back with my son and co-signed for him to buy a truck. As far as service Charles knows his stuff doesn't try to sell you a fan clutch or a bucket of steam he's a good guy. The whole buying experience really was an exciting time. You know when you buy a car you really want, and everyone else wants the same one. Not only am I praising this dealer but there is another dealer that says you'll save a fist full of dollars?. No you will walk out with your shirt off your BACK!!! more

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE 3/8/2011

ok first off the customer service sucks. Here is the story, first my girlfriend called to see how much it would cost to order a CV axle (front drive axle), for her 2006 XTERRA. Apparently this clown they have working in the parts department needs your vin number to look up any parts and cannot give you a price without one. After all that he told her it would definitely be over $500 to just buy the axle. Odd when pretty much every auto parts store I talked to said they could get the same part for $85. only reason we checked GBN was to see if we could get this special order part any faster than the 2 week wait all other stores had. This is when i call to get the details. He asked for the vin again and i told him i didnt need it to get a price. so after 10 mins on the phone i realized this man knows nothing about cars or there parts for that matter and he works in the parts department HA. He finally came up with a price of $637. I was told the price was so high because it wa more

customer service is horrible 2/3/2011

Well where do I start???we bought a used 2005 pathfinder and that was the start of a bad experience.after looking over the vehicle at night and signing papers we woke up the next day and go to leave in our new vehicle and realize that the back bumper has a huge crack in it.so we went back and after arguing with one of the mgrs we talked to the used mgr who said they would take care of it.so they had our truck and I receive a phone call sayin that the body shop replaced the wrong bumper...yes I repeat the wrong bumper..so they finally replace the right bumper and we get our truck back...after a while we went to pick up guests at the airport and we used our third row seat that we have never used yet..we get to the first stop light and we hear this god awful noise coming from under the rear of the truck.well what it was is the exhaust rattling off the bottom of the truck.so I called the service dept and took it in.after they looked into it they came up with...the exhaust was pushed forwar more

Gordie Boucher - Great People,Great Service 10/27/2010

I took my 2009 Maxima for an oil change to their new Greenfield location today (10/27/10). During my wait I conversed with the salesperson Barb who sold me two vehicles, and more to come. Barb, don't retire. She is one of the great salespeople they have at Boucher.A short time later Dan the service writer came and said they had to jump my vehicle to get it started, and that I would need a new battery. By the way, Dan was very congenial and informative. After Dan left Brad, the service manager came to me and described in detail that my battery had a premature bad cell. He said the battery would be replaced with an 84 month warranty,at no charge.I was also introduced to Chad the service general manager who also was very courteous and helpful. I then went to speak with Gus,the general manager about my incredible experience with these fine people. I just wanted to let him know what a great group of employees are employed at this dealership.During my conversation with Gus,I mentioned that my license plate brackets were getting weathered from the Wisconsin winter,He went and brought me two new license brackets at no charge. Now I can continue to advertise the great Boucher name for all to see.It is my sincere hope that you all remain at this dealership for years to come. Thanks again Gus,Chad,Brad,Dan and the lovely Barb.\r One last note. Each year I look for donations to help support the Paralyzed Veterans of Wisconsin wheelchair games. It gives me great pleasure to say thank you to Jim,another fine saleperson, who donated his time with his bandmates the Roadogz to help support this annual event.\r If you need a car shop Boucher for a great deal and exceptional service.\r \r Ron from New Berlin more

Service Department Lacking in Customer Service 6/14/2010

I purchased my first-ever car from GBN, and walked away very happy with the experience. I was interested in making a purchase a few days after a test drive with Jim Ingle, but he was not going to be available on the day of my choosing. He was able to set me up with another team member and the transaction went really exceptionally well. I was very happy with the customer service from Jim, Kip and Finance Manager Vince.\r \r Unfortunately, my problems started when I began to deal with the service department. I was told at my first oil change that there was a recall on my ipod cable and they'd call me when the part came in. Never called. I tried placing a follow up call, the service department simply took my number and never called back. That was three weeks ago. Just tried calling five minutes ago, and no one could be bothered to pick up the phone. Do you really think I was going to leave a message, when actual people can't even call me back.\r \r Is this how GBN handles service inquiries? W more

They apparently don't do the inspection 5/18/2010

I have a 2007 Nissan Altima that has received by the book scheduled maintenance from the dealer. The reason I have the dealer perform the maintenance was that I was under the assumption that they provided the proper maintenance and inspections and that this would result in avoiding any costly repairs due to lack of maintenance. This would have been the case had they actually been doing the inspection instead of just checking the boxes!! The last inspection showed 50% left on my front brakes, three weeks later the pads completely wear through and result in brake failure in Chicago. Because of this I have to replace everything including the calipers. When I contact the dealership and tell them this while requesting that they only pay for the calipers; they tell me that this was a freak accident and that they had checked everything over. They claim they can't be responsible for what happens since they didn't do the brake job. I would avoid this dealership at all costs! more

HORRIBLE...beware 12/23/2009

Limited Negotiating 1/14/2009

I just recently purchased a vehicle from them and it took me over 3 hours to negotiate with them; I walked in at 3:30 and left at 6:30 (an hour and a half after they closed). I had driven from the Fox Valley area just to look this car over and then they didn't want to negotiate with me very much. After talking to the sales rep, sales manager AND the general manager, I finally made a deal. The car I picked was on their lot since last spring/summer and they just didn't want to negotiate. Plus they told me that my trade in was $1900 less then what it really was. After searching for my "dream car" for over 6 months, I finally have it, but I probably wouldn't make the drive down to them again or recommend them to anyone. more

Bad sales ethics 1/1/2009

I went to Gordie Boucher Nissan and it was around 330 in the afternoon (the close 5). Upon first entering the dealership I saw one sales rep (Jim Ingle) over in the corner reading a book who barely bothered to lookup and only paid attention once he heard I was looking to do a test drive. He accomodated me and allowed me to do a test drive once we got back I chose to drive one other suv and it took him about 20 mins to even locate one with gas. Since the gas was extremely low I drove it about 5 blocks and turned around. As soon as I got inside the rep said he needed to know if i was serious about buying something "like NOW" and I told him it depended on a couple things: good trade in and if they even had something I wanted.\r \r Fast forward another 20 mintes and the sales rep pulled the car I was looking at inside since it was raining and told me that I may be approached by a sales manager who would attempt to try and close the sale. First thing the sales rep did was to seek out the mana more

Customer 10/18/2008

I have to disagree with my husband, we were looking for a car today and I believe that they were pushy. They wanted us to sign for a car and put money down today. I told them I needed to do some inquiries and I am not sure what kind of car I want. They kept pushing. more

Customer 10/18/2008

I have been a customer for many years, in fact, I was there today looking for another car. Their staff is knowledgeable and not pushy which is so common at most dealers. They are located on W. Arthur in West Allis, WI and there are plenty of other dealers to pick but this one stands our at very professional. Their service department is very competent and most work is finished the same day. Of course, they always give your car a wash when they are done. Would recommend to others. more
