Buyer beware. DO NOT use the body shop at this dealership. 30 days after I purchased a vehicle it went in the body shop for a two week and ""1800-2400 worth of parts plus labor"" repair. After 30 days I am told that it could take 1-2 more months for them to get the parts to repair the 2010 Ram 1/2 Ton Crew Cab 4x4 truck I purchased from Gladstone Dodge. When I offered to purchase another vehicle their idea of chipping in was to offer $6500.00 less than I paid for the vehicle, even though my insurance is paying for the repairs, if and when, they fix it. more

Very Satisfied 12/29/2011

This was by far the best buying experience I have had up to date. This was my first purchase of a Dodge Vehicle and my sixth car purchase (lifetime). The terrific crew that made me a very happy customer included my salesperson Jake and Steve Used car manager (he looked over my trade in). They really listened to me and worked to help me get out of a troublesome Mazda and into a terrific Dodge Durango. They were fair, educated me about the process and made sure I was satisfied. Ask for Jake, it will be the start of a great experience for you too! more

Still Looking But Will Be Back 12/29/2011

I was recently at Gladstone Dodge and although I did not purchase a vehicle, the staff there was very welcoming and precise. Especially Adam, who guided me through my visit. Great guy, kept me very informed and was engaging from the get go. Felt at home, would definitely go back! Keep it up fellas!!! more

Prefect Truck Shopping Experience 12/29/2011

I was given Jays contact information from a trusted friend. I called him and made an appointment to come into Gladstone Dodge. Upon learning my specific needs in a truck Jay was very honest in regards to the current truck selection. He took down my contact information in case he found something for me. With in a week I received a call from Jay saying that he had the pick up truck that I requested. He was 100% honest, it was the perfect pick up at a fair price. I appreciate Jay's honesty and professionalism. I recommend him and Gladstone Dodge every chance I get. Once my truck needs replaced I will be calling Jay and nobody else. more
