This particular branch of Giant Eagle is a good choice for the East Siders and those coming from North East. While the competition of Wal Mart seems to have put a bit of a squeeze on a lot of stores in this particular area I think Giant Eagle can hold it's own with their great sales and excellent bakery. They also run their sales slightly different than most grocery stores, beginning on Thursdays instead of Sundays. This particular branch is always clean and well kept. They offer a place to drop the kids off if you need some time to shop on your own. Their pharmacy is quite handy and their deli offers some good sales sometimes. Giant Eagle has great weekly specials. This is a great supermarket for people on a budget, because I've bought a whole cart full of groceries for under $50. Often times they will run the 10 for $10 special, but you don't have to purchase all 10 items to get the sale price like at other grocery stores. Their fuel perks are awesome too, especially with these gas prices. more
