I thought we had a great experience. The buying process was the easiest I had ever encountered. However, it's now two months later and we have a title issue! My tag expires tomorrow and I emailed them bc the the tag office hadn't received anything and neither has my lien holder. I received an email back from Get More stating they have been trying to call me for 3 weeks. Really? I use my phone for work and it is on me 24/7. Not only that, my husband went by there less than 3 weeks ago and they told him that the tag office probably has it and they are just backed up. Now I'm being advised there is a weight issue and I need to go have the truck weighed and send them the paperwork. This is absolutely ridiculous! Numerous phone calls to the lot, my husband going by the lot, two trips to the tag office (hours waiting there) and phone calls to my lien holder....now i have to have my truck weighed, mail the weight to Get More, go to the tag office (again) to get another temp tag, and then go back to the tag office again IF all of this ever gets straightened out! I don't have time for this!
