Great service as usual, had a problem and they worked me right in and fixed the problem. Always the best service every time.

Worst

Had my vehicle in for service two times for the same issue. Issue was still not fully resolved.

Great service as usual. 1/6/2017

My car had problems with the engine's RPMs ( and various other electrical accessories ) fluctuating quite noticeably, and a pulsating feel in the steering system. The alternator was replaced (still under Gateway's warranty, so no charge on this repair! ), and power steering pressure switch repaired. Thanks, Gateway! more

I was new to the area and needed an oil change, found Gateway close to my house but still wasn't settled on my routine car servicer. Now I've found it. The crew was very friendly and welcoming, willing to chat and explain matters not only with me but with all the other customers who walked in while I waited. I also received a discount that ordinarily would be reserved for regular customers, which I appreciated since I needed other maintenance items besides an oil change. The price on the synthetic oil change and other items was quite reasonable. Very highly recommended. more

Always great service 8/31/2016

This trip to Gateway was just a regular oil change but I also had a bad spot on one of my wipers. They stood behind their products and replaced the wiper blades. Gateway's the BEST! more

My sons first visit 8/27/2016

My 17 year old son had to take his car in for repairs for the first time. The guys at gateway explained everything to him and they were very kind to him. It would of been easy to con a 17 year old and tell him everything is wrong but Gateway isn't like that at all. Great place to take your car with reliable mechanics more
