we went for kids vac and all the rides wasn't even open and drinks all were 5. to 20. for a drink more

NO FUN most of the rides were closed except for kiddy rides 6/29/2010

We went to Frontier city today, traveling from Tulsa. I just want to say we were there for less than 2 hours because most of the adult rides were closed? This place was a TOTAL waste of time and money. People seriously don't waste your hard earned money. more

Frontier City 8/14/2006

While Bell's is closer it is mainly for younger children. Frontier City is for both the kiddies and adults. I have been going there since I was young and each and every time I enjoy it. As soon as my babies are old enough we will take them there. The prices are high but it is well worth it. The last time I was there they offered a percentage off if you just brought a Coke product with you. So, we each bought a $1 bottle of Coke and ended up knocking a good portion off the admission. Frontier City has a lot more rides than Bell's. And the lines are longer but it's not as bad as Six Flags in Dallas where you pay $100 admission for 2 people and only ride 2 rides. more

Frontier City is an awesome theme park for Oklahoma. I love to go and take my kids to Frontier city. There are so many cool rides there. They have a couple of really cool roller coaster's. They have a really good area for they younger toddlers to play. I wish we lived closer so we could go more often because this place is a blast. more

Great summer fun 12/24/2005

Right alongside of White water bay, frontier city is also one of the most thrilling spots to spend a summer day! The rides never get old, and there is usually always a singer or event performing for the evening! There are many rollercosters, and also rides for children, and rides for weak stomach people! Every age group has fun at Frontier City with its authentic western feel and look it portrays. The food is definitely overpriced, so be aware of that and the heat when packing up for the day. more

Overpriced and overrated. 11/28/2005

Um, Frontier City is about a million years old. OK, OK, I'm exaggerating but it is old. Most of the rides look and sound as if they are about to fall apart, and they probably will someday at the expensive of a poor suckers body. Usually half the rides are broken down anyway. The only time I truly enjoyed my self here was at AfterProm, and that was probably due to me being a little drunk. If your kids insist on you taking them there, I would buy a season pass. If they go about 3 times it pays for itself so its worth it. The best ride is the Hangman. Good Night and Good Luck. more

Long lines, but good rides 9/18/2005

depending on when you go, you could be in line for up to an hour. but if you have all day to spend there, thats not a problem. Once you do get through the lines, the rides make the wait worthwile. They have a wide variety of rides, so theres something there for every age. They also have special concerts and shows there, often with no extra fee. more

Great summer fun! 9/14/2005

Frontier City is one of the best amusement parks in OK. With rollercoasters, water rides, and occaisonal concerts, Frontier City is the perfect place to spend a summer day and night. Admission is a little expensive, as is the food, but if discount coupons are found everywhere and you can always pack a picnic to add to the summer experience! more

Frontier City 8/11/2005

I Love Frontier City. There are so many different options of rides to ride. Although the lines are always very long i still strongly enjoy this park. Their concession stands are very high quality and i can always find what i need, even though the prices are very expensive.Although I think the price of the entrance fee should lower so more people could come. more

Need some time away? something fun to do with the children? This is your place to go!! What a fun park for the kids! there are water rides and roller coasters! There is also concerts every Saturday! The staff are always friendly. my only complaint is they should fix a few of the rides that are always broken. besides that I love the place as my kids do also!!! do your self a favor and spend 60.00 on seasson passes! They pay for them self within a few visits :) more

Frontier City Theme Park 6/29/2005

I go to Frontier City Theme Park about three times a year. It has a nice balance between thrill rides and rides geared towards younger kids. It even has an area for younger kids to play. I prefer roller coasters, and there are three main ones: Diamond Back, Silver Bullet, and Wildcat. The Wildcat is wooden, while the other two are metal. They are all very fun. You might expect the Wildcat to be jerky because it's wooden, but it's actually a rather smooth ride. But it seems like a lot of the time many of the rides are closed. The park is also sometimes rather dirty. But the service is superb. All the workers I have encountered were very knowledgeable about where rides were located and willing to help. Overall, I would recommend Frontier City Theme Park. more

Fun Amusement Park- Smaller Version of a Six Flags Park 6/24/2005

Frontier City is owned by the same company that owns Six Flags. So the level of level of quality is very high. They have professional staff, good food, decent prizes, fun souvenirs and toys just like you would see at a larger amusement park. The cleanliness of the park is quite good. They have fireworks on weekend nights during the Spring/Summer months which is always fun to see. The rides are pretty good for a smaller park. They have at least 3-5 really intense rides, then the rest are mild rides that most anybody in your family will enjoy provided they are tall enough to ride them. They do have a good handful of kiddie rides as well. They have carnival games and quite a few options for food. All food places are casual. They don't have any where you have a waiter. The food prices are decent. Not too expensive. If you live in Oklahoma City or the surrounding area or visit here often, it would be cost effective to get a season pass which runs $65 and includes the local water park, White Water. They also have outdoor concerts at Frontier City that you can go to if you have a season pass or a day pass the day of the concert. The schedule for the summer concerts can be found at www.frontiercity.com more

close to home 6/20/2005
