Tiffani Fries' main objective is to keep you coming back for treatments indefinitely so she can collect from your insurance. I remember the front office girl, Rindy, excitedly informing me about the ""terrific insurance coverage"" I had. She assured me my costs would be minimal. After every visit I would ask, what do I owe? And she would respond, your insurance will cover it, no worries! I started to get concerned when the treatments continued, seemingly endlessly. ""What is my goal?"", I would ask Dr. Fries. And she would reply, ""A healthy spine requires ongoing maintenance. You shouldn't look for an end to treatment."" My treatment consisted of popping my back and neck then hanging upside down over the back of a chair. Not wanting to cause a problem, I continued going to serve out my contract. Yes, they lock you into a contract that you can't end early but they can extend. I really started to get concerned when my insurance company started calling because they too were alarmed at the extent of my treatments. I finally just stopped going and eventually got a bill for over $500. When I called to discuss, Rindy was evasive and rude, then flat out refused to schedule a sit-down with Dr. Fries. I really feel manipulated and taken advantage of. I actually feel remorse for causing my insurance to have to pay for what was obviously a scam. Please learn from my mistake and do not seek treatment from these people!
