Yes, I missed the sign that said ""No parking after 4pm"". But I didn't deserve to have my car destroyed by these incompetents. My car is a Prius. A Prius can not be towed like any other car. After the ignoramus who towed it got through, I had two damaged wheel motors and bright VSC / brake emergency light warnings. The owner's manual and the dealership said under no circumstances could I drive the car in that condition, so I had to be towed AGAIN (this time by someone who understood that a Prius needs to be flat-bed towed or on dollies) to the dealership for repairs. Frankford Towing hires two types of people: the idiot and the liar. The idiot towed / destroyed my car. The liar got on the phone with me and swore that in 20 years of working for the company he had never ever been called with a damage complaint. this company towed my fiance car and the driver of the company struck my fiance with the tow truck and would not even say sorry we called the owner and my fiance went to the hospital and we tried to talk to the owner and they said so they are nasty and this towing company should not even be in business at all we even tried to be reasonable about the situation but they we sooo nasty that we had to just get a lawyer......MY RATING IS NOT EVEN A HALF A STAR !
