Foursquare Gospel Church

From the very beginning, this family of believers has sought to be a church that serves as a safe harbor for people, a place to know God, where people are encouraged, inspired, renewed, and grow in their desire to serve others. The ultimate goal is to live in right relationship with Christ and bring others into right relationship too.At the front of our church sanctuary, this verse is inscribed: Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever, Hebrews 13:8. We believe that the power present with the apostles in the New Testament days is available to us today - that Jesus performed miracles of healing and redemption then, so He is able to do those same miracles in our lives today. We are a local church that feels called to serve God in our community, working side by side with all the other wonderful churches which comprise Gods family in this area.The Modesto Foursquare Church is also part of a larger denomination which has churches in all 50 states in the United States, as well as in approximately 150 countries of the world.
