My roommate got his hair cut at the location in Venice, I decided to try the one closer. The whole experience was terrible. First off, I thought I'd get a haircut and shave but that location doesn't have barbers (licensed people who can shave you) working on Saturdays. That seemed odd, but I decided to just get the hair cut.\r

To start off with, most of the stylists look like biker chicks, large women covered in tatoos. Definitely not what I was expecting from their online site. \r

I sat down and the woman starts cutting my hair WITHOUT washing it NOR even using a water bottle to wet it down. She cut my hair differently from what I asked, trimmed my sideburns uneven, and didn't shave the back of my neck. I did get the massager run over my back which was nice. In the end she whipped off the coat and said you're done WITHOUT even showing me the back of my head. Its been a very very long time since I've gone to ""Supercuts"", but I very much believe that they would do a better job then this place.\r

Bottom line: Stay away, go somewhere else, don't even think about going in unless you don't care about your hair.\r

Pros: No appointment needed, cheap
Cons: Terrible stylists, services advertised not offered, metered parking
