I rented from a Fairway Apt from First Site for <9 mos. in 2007. The apartment was fairly nice and besides a fire next door, it was a relatively quiet location.\r

By big complaint is that after such a good experience with the apt and staff, I opted not to be present for check out and they took full advantage of it. From vents needing cleaning to painting closets I'd never been in, they loaded my bill with fictious charges. Fortunately, I got back my full refund since IL states that if a check-out bill isn't issued in 30 days, the deposit must be returned. After speaking with other B/N residents I've found that First Site is notorious for screwing people over on check-out.
