I've bought a Toro walk mower from Farmers Exchange 3 years ago and never had problems with it. Their service center is something else. They would pick it up for service and maintenance, store it over the winter for FREE, and then deliver it back for FREE when the mowing season starts. All I have to pay for is parts and labor. There's no hassle at all, one of the best customer service I've ever ran into! more

not good 4/22/2012

We took our gas-powered weedeater in because it wasn't running well. Checked it in, gave them $40 and they said they would cal lwithin the week. At the end of the week I called them..sorry they said, it would be another week. (and this was just to diagnois the problem, not fix it) End of that week they said they were sorry but could not work on that brand. Seriously? You didn't know that when we dropped it off, or for the next two weeks? NOT impressed with service dept. more

Unhappy - sold me a broken riding lawnmower 10/22/2011

Bought a very nice used riding lawnmower from them for $800. Realize it is ""as is."" brought it home and filled it up with gas that first day. ALL THE GAS LEAKED OUT, there was a huge crack in the gas tank. I went in and asked if they could help me out, they just walked me to the parts department and abandoned me. They should have stood behind their product, even if it was used and ""as is"" - they told me when I bought it that they inspect them and make sure they are in good working condition - they obviously failed to do that. Then wouldn't even replace the tank for only $45. more
