Fantastic Sams

I visited the salon and saw Cheryl. She is the new stylist there. i received excellent, professional service, my cut was so perfect for me and the color was matched up perfectly with the color from my pervious salon. the prices here are so reasonable it allows me to keep up my services on a regular basis. Stay away from this place! I got a coupon to this Fantastic Sams in my mailbox. The offer should include: ""Shampoo, Conditional Rinse and Professional Cut"". Well, after finishing my work I decided to give a shot to this place. I was surprised because there weren't any customers. A ""professional? hairdresser asked me: ""Do you wanna cut?"" Well, it was nothing more than a professional ""bumpkin"". Absolutely unpleasant and unprofessional. Instead of shampoo, rinse and professional cut I got 8- minute- ""DRY""- cut and that was it! She was done! Obviously she charged me for shampoo, rinse and professional cut. I was so shocked that I didn't have any power to complain and just wanted to get out from there. Unfortunately for me I gave her 20% tip (I am a professional customer and not a stiffer!). Thank you for your service, Julie, I will never go to this place again.
