i have never owned a hyundai before so i didnt know how they drove. i was so suprised how well equipped they come for the price. i love my new elantra and will never purchase anything but a hyundai from now on. but not only do i love my car, but everyone at family hyundai was so friendly. every person i passed said hello and when it came time to buy the car, it went so fast. i certainly will continue to shop at family hyundai! more

My wife and I love our new car and we can now see why Family Hyundai is the #1 Hyundai dealer in the Chicagoland area. How could you not buy a car from there after being treated so well and given a great deal?! I recommend Family Hyundai to everyone that asks me about my new Sonata! more

i brought my car into service the other day after being at a different shop for over a week. the other shop was going to charge me an arm and a leg to have my car repaired. family hyundai really gave me a great price and the service was fantastic. their mechanics really know what they are doing and don't waste any time. my car was in and out in a day! now thats service! more

Family Hyundai is awesome!!! I bought my car last week and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I walked in and was greeted by someone and they directed me towards who I can speak with, no waiting around or getting passed off from sales person to sales person like at other places. My sales man asked me what I was looking for, and we test drove a few cars. He then really worked with me to find a payment I was happy with. Even the finance manager was great! Since I also purchased a paint protector for my car, I brought my car into service who also made the experience very easy and quick! You really have a great team working at Family Hyundai! I definetly recommend anyone looking for a car to stop at Family Hyundai! You won't be disappointed! \r more

Best Car Experience 11/15/2011

I went into Family Hyundai just planning to look around since I didn't know what to expect from having poor car buying experience in the past at other dealerships. All I have to say is WOW! Family Hyundai really puts your mind at ease during you car buying experience. They answered all my questions and I never felt rushed to make a decision. I am new to the area and I just had my car serviced at Family Hyundai. I am always a little skeptical of where I bring my car, however, when I called in to schedule the appointment everyone seemed very knowledgeable. Once I arrived, everyone was so friendly and I was in and out quickly. They really know what they were doing! Family Hyundai certainly over delivers!!! I have very high expectations, especially when it comes to my car, and Family Hyundai exceeded them! Thank you and I will be in soon to upgrade my Hyundai Genesis!!! \r more

Excellent experience at Family Hyundai last week. Everyone in there was great from the sales guy to the manager. A way different experience compared to the other Hyundai dealers we visited, and believe it or not they paid more attention to me(a woman) because they knew I was the decision maker. Family Hyundai Chicago was easy to deal with!! 7/25/2011

This is my second Hyundai purchase from Family Hyundai in Tinley Park. They really do treat you like Family. I wanted a Hyundai Elantra for my wife and we were told it would be about 3-4 weeks. 5 days later we get a call saying our Elantra was available. WOW! Talk about great service. We are truly grateful that Family Hyundai had our backs and delivered on their promise. Thanks guys!! more

Family Hyundai was great! 7/11/2011

Family Hyundai was very upfront about everything. They gave me great service in reference to my Hyundai Elantra purchase. I shopped around for 2 weeks and visited 4 dealers and Family Hyundai was the only one that was honest and actually had the Hyundai in stock. Family Hyundai in Tinley Park is definitely the creme de la creme. They were awesome from the very first second. There was no haggling, the price they quoted is the price we got. My wife and I wasted 2 days being jerked around by other Hyundai dealers and almost didn't buy a Hyundai until we found Family Hyundai. 10 stars all the way!! THEY CARE! more

Family Hyundai was absolutely wonderful. My wife and I searched for weeks to get our Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. Finally we came across a ""REAL"" dealership that was honest and upfront about the whole transaction. We will be back soon, our daughter needs a new car and we will defintely buy a new Hyundai from Family Hyundai. more
