Cannot really give accurate rating - no work was done. I feel like it was pricey compared to my old mechanic who retired. But I have a feeling (and hope I'm right) that this shop will at least provide me with honest and dependable service. Those are my 2 main desires. I will follow up after my vehicle has had the work done and I have tested it out. more

After reviewing many service centers, Falcon Auto was recommended to me by a few neighbors. My initial phone call was great! I spoke with Dave. But upon dropping my car off for an inspection (new purchase) I was a little disappointed from start to finish. I know my vehicle would have some issues and I expected to get a big list of things that needed to be fixed. I had taken the car to multiple places and most places gave me the same results. Falcon Auto didn't return as many trouble issues or fixes needed so I was a little disappointed....some things were very clear that needed to be done (I was able to find such issues by myself prior). Not only did Falcon Auto miss a lot of problematic issues, it took 3 days to get a list and quote back. Other places only took a few hours. I had expected that if I was going to pay $55 for a multi-point inspection, a better inspection would have been done. On top of that, Falcon Auto quoted that an entire brake job was needed. As an experienced person working with brakes personally, I knew there were some things that needed to be fixed but not the entire brake system (perfectly fine rotors). It just seemed to me that the woman who was working the front desk didn't really care about my business...she seemed tired and didn't really show any enthusiasm for my business. When I asked her certain questions, she just didn't care to answer me as a paying customer. She kinda shrugged things off. With all that said, I'm still a firm believer in second chances..people have bad days and weeks, I get that. I just hope for other peoples sake (who are clueless to certain automobile repairs), that Falcon Auto take a little bit more initiative and show customers that they care....I walked away from the transaction after I payed, very disappointed in a place that had such high reviews. I won't be telling other potential customers of my negative experience, I will still recommend Falcon Auto because ya'll are a good staple for the Falcon community...I just wish that I would have had better service and piece-of-mind. more

I was able to leave my vehicle while out of town on a short trip. It was easy to drop off using the key drop off box. My vehicle was ready to go upon my return. Plus my vehicle is in a secure location during closed hours of operation. more

From making the appointment through the service and return of my car I was treated with more than courteous service - I felt they were concerned about my car and me, not just doing the job. They offered an explanation for each concern they had - even though I didn't understand all of it - they made sure I was aware of what they were concerned about. They treated me like I was a long time friend - not a new customer. more
