We love this complex. Yeah like every complex there are a few wacky tenants but overall, the upkeep is amazing. The owner is hands on and is always available. Maintenance is fast and thorough! The apartments are big. We currently live in a 4bedroom townhouse. We love it. Nice patios. Gas grill friendly. Pet friendly. There is a pet deposit and pet rent, but the pets are all pretty well behaved for animals. Haha.\r

If you are looking for a nice residence come here. Even though it is close to the school you are never bothered by the students, they are all too quiet walking by because they don't really want to go! Intersection is close but you never hear it. \r

Great apartments, greatmanagement and an amazing place to live! We are sad we will be moving out of state at the end of our lease or we would stay here for a long long time!
