Dwight Allison, O.D. is an awful doctor 11/1/2009

it took me 3 months to get 4 pairs of contacts. they told they would be ready in a week. and i also paid for 6 pairs. they tried give me 2 pairs of contacts and told me that was all i was getting. i argued with them for weeks and they finally gave me my ""free"" pairs. BS. i never got my last pair. apparently this doctor is known for scamming people. he packed up and left the Parks Mall in Arlington and took off with alot of peoples money. he didnt even give them the right prescriptions i give this man zero stars. he should have his liscence taken away. Cons: everything more

Never entertain this establish! 9/20/2009

Went for a scheduled appt for an eye exam for my minor child. I completed the medical questionnaire, which included a copy of the Eyemakers policies & procedures. I read the policies & procedures after filling out the patient information forms. After signing all the forms (policy and procedures included), I requested a copy of the policies and procedures that I signed. I was told it was store policy not to give out a copy of the policies & procedures to the public. I informed her that it may be against the law for me not to obtain a copy of a document that I placed my signature on and asked would I be able to obtain a copy of my signed credit card receipt after I paid for the services. I then asked for the contact information to their corporate office, which the employee refused to give me. The employee dickered with me from that point. She claimed she called the doctor (who was conveniently running late). I informed the employee I would wait; wait another hour for her to tell me the doctor would be yet another hour late. She then started screaming at me. I told her she had no customer service skills and that her behavior was atrocious and asked her was she refusing me service. The entire incident was comical but very enlightening -the entire incidient shows that ignorance is abundant and very alive and rampant in 2009 inTexas. I would never, knowlingly, pay for rudness and unprofessionalism. Eyemakers is not the only eye exam establishment in the DFW area. Cons: Employees possess no customer service etiquette more
