This company should not be allowed to tow ANYTHING! Twice, I have have had the misfortune of having to rely on their services for roadside assistance through my insurance company, and both times have been an Extreme Nightmare! Both occasions it took them over two hours to arrive to perform any service. Each occasion I was met by rude, incompetent, drivers, who on both occasions damaged my vehicle. The owner of this company is also rude, and very unprofessional. I would not allow this company to tow a bicycle! If you like to wait forever on the roadside for service, and can accept the fact your vehicle will be Damaged, with assured argument and denial from owner, than these guys are for you. Otherwise, Avoid ANY dealings with this company whatsoever!
