Extremely rude and inconsiderate towards the situation when I called about a vehicle they had taken into impound more

They dont deserve a rating at all, they damaged my sons car and denied doing so, then sent him letter they cc'd a personal injury law firm. What a joke!!!!! They are about as low class as you can get. more

Acguy86 and other's that complain about price and towing, I am the owner of Parking management company that uses Extreme, Wyatt’s, Maxx's and others to tow ILLEGALY parked vehicles. I see these reviews like ACguy86 (who by the way uses the name Guest also and posted another comment on April 9, 2010 with same type of slander), which we authorized to have towed because yes his company van was ILLEGALY parked, and I have the pictures to prove it, and by the way we never said it should have not been towed as he alleges in his comments, but people like ACguy86 making comments like he does is only because he is mad that his car got towed an has nothing to do with Extreme or any-other towing company. If you look at reviews of other towing companies that are in the private parking business, which most are, you will see people making the same type of remarks. The price of the tow is REGULATED by the Public Utility Commission, look it up, not by the towing companies. All of the negative comments about these towing companies is always from people that got towed for illegally parking, not from people that needed a tow and they called them themselves. So always take peoples negative or even positive comments and use your own common sense and ask yourself does that make sense? more

I needed my cared towed to the dealership, Len Lyell Chevy; they came on-time and were very reasonable. I was worried after reading some of the reviews however when I called Len Lyell back to inquire about more info about extreme they told me that they have been using them for a few years and have had zero complaints about them. So I wanted to post a more objective review because I chose them to tow my car and I had no problems calling them whatsoever. more

Good: Nothing. Bad: Customer service. hold you hostage with ridiculous prices. Junk tow trucks left huge oil slick in front of house.. Improvements: Extreme towing just needs to be out of business. Other: Improperly towed vehicle. When management company requested it return they refused. they made me go down there and pay $234.00. Interupted my transaction to take others. rude woman at counter even refused to give me her name. Left huge oil slick in front of house.. more

The people that answered the phone at Extreme Towing were very curteous and helpful in getting my car out of storage and sent to the body shop after an accident. I would highly recommend them for any towing in the future. more

The lame comments on here reflect a lack of understanding of towing. All tow trucks in era are DAMAGE FREE where nothing touches the car except for tires or undercarriage suspension. NO SCRATCHES can occur and as I have seen over 35 years associated with towing it is the customer trying to get a tow company to pay for existing damage. This company is the largest in Colorado towing for many police departments. Their reputation is exceptional except for the uneducated complaints most often put forth by other towing companies in an attempt to make Extreme Towing look bad. I do not work for extreme and am in the trucking industry working with many tow companies. This company is the best and other lame comments are unjust! more

They came on time, but very careless. When they pulled my car to the truck, my car got a lot of scratches. The worst thing is that they denied what they did and don't want to fix my car. The boss even told me that if you want to go to court, let's go to court. I am very upset not only about my car but also their dishonesty and irresponsibility. They are not nice people at all. more

This company won't try their best to avoid damage when they tow your car. After I told them that they did something wrong and damaged my car, they disputed that it was not their fault, it was something wrong with my car. So if you pick up this company to tow your car, please remember your car might get more damage. more
