Received good service 3/22/2011

They were prompt, courteous and friendly. I used them for an emergency service (I had to replace lost house key) and would use them again whenever the need arises. more

Thanks for helping me out 3/22/2011

Thankfully the technician took less than 20 minutes to get to my house because my daughter was inside the car, harmless and sleeping, but I was still very worried because I knew she would wake up soon. He got the door open before she even woke and I am so glad she slept through the whole thing. more

They exceeded my expectations. I didn't think a locksmith company prides in their customer service, I thought the technicians would do their job and leave. But I was wrong. He answered all my questions, made sure I tested out the locks before he left and he also checked the other locks in my garage for free. Thanks again for the great service. more
