Worst

Unorganized! They gave me a very detailed quote but when I requested their moving services they all of a sudden could not do my move because of my location. Why was I not informed...

Best move I've ever had. Safeguard employees were prompt, professional, courteous and very pleasant to work with. They were respectful of our homes and furniture and took great care of everything. I would definitely highly recommend SafeGuard Moving Company and would use them again. Pricing was very good and there were no hidden fees. Five stars out of five for this great company. more

The two guys that were sent out to us were experienced and knowledgeable. They got all of furniture from our old house to our new one carefully and efficiently. We didn't have to worry about anything breaking and they were very patient and helpful when it came to placing the furniture in our new home. Overall great job and will definitely recommend! more

Rob and his staff did a terrific job in moving my daughters furniture from Center City to the Jersey side. As a father, who lives in North Jersey and somewhat removed from the location, I was nervous about how to get her stuff moved. I found Rob to be very professional, knowledgeable and upfront with his proposal with no hidden costs. After speaking to him on the phone the first time, I knew I had been referred to the right folks. The move went without any hitches. The crew was on time, worked hard and fast. They wrapped anything that needed it and were a joy to work. Basically, very nice people. I would highly recommend Safeguard without any hesitation. more

SafeGuard was efficient, and very careful with our items. They were mindful about the most fragile items we were moving, and everything arrived at our new apartment in perfect condition. Also, unlike many short-distance movers, I felt like the distance costs were reasonable and proportional to the burden. I would definitely recommend SafeGuard! more

This was my first time hiring movers and it went so smoothly, I will never move myself again. They arrived early and were so efficient with the time. I moved a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom about 5 miles away, and it took around 4 hours. They were very careful with my items and helped wrap a few larger items that I could not do myself. I highly recommend and I will use again! more

Unorganized! They gave me a very detailed quote but when I requested their moving services they all of a sudden could not do my move because of my location. Why was I not informed of this from the start?! They also did not return my phone call to setup a date for my move but just left a vague e-mail instead. I had to call a second and finally a third time to get a reason. Very unorganized and unprofessional from my experience. more

What A Relief 1/26/2012

What a relief that my move was made so painless by SafeGuard Moving. Very friendly on the phone when I had to make changes to my moving plans, returned my calls in a timely manner. When Ted and Zach came, they were quick, efficient, pleasant and helpful. They helped move my couch out the porch window out the balcony from the second floor. Everything in one piece and in my new home! Such a big difference from previous moving experiences when I couldn't wait to get the movers out of my house because it was so tense an uncomfortable. more

Rob and his team did an excellent job 1/20/2012

Rob and his team did an excellent job. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They arrived on time, and took care of things very efficiently. They wrapped up large and bulky items very securely, as well as fragile items that I had not wrapped yet. They took things like the dining table and bed apart and reassembled them expertly. I hope not to move again for a long time, but would definitely use them again when needed. more

Best Movers in Philly 12/21/2011

If you are moving into a high rise I definitely recommend using SafeGuard Moving Company! I've never seen guys hustle without complaining like my movers did last Friday. I paid $475 for my entire move which was a little complicated, and I couldn't be happier with the price and service. I would use them again in a heartbeat! more
