everything went SMOOTH.. I recieved $59,000 and that was the amount of my contract... took sbout 3 weeks total... I had some title problems that I didnt know about... but they fixed tem at no extra money to me.... Pros: sold them a note in July 09 Cons: NONE!! more

Once you sign contract they will file a lawsui** you to force you to take lesser amount than contracted for. They have done this to many people as the public records show. more

this is NOT a mortgage Company ... they dont loan money... All they do Is purchase Owner financed mortgage Loans.... I sold them One that my Grandfather left to me in and Inheritance and all went as they advertised... No problems at ALL... Pros: responsive, honest more
