i.Congratulations on winning Best of the Best 2 years in a row. I've been consigning with Encore Resale since the day they opened 32 years ago. Great service not a time ever wasn't paid for my items. You can't be in business for 32 years and not be doing something really right. Keep it up Victoria needs a consignment store thats here to stay.
