Emerald City Appliance Repair is the best place if you need appliance repair service. They have been repaired the stove, fridge, dryer, washer in my home. Yea, as a senior woman, I need their service every time because I don not have any budget to buy new appliances. Thanks again for treats me very well. more

Technician is wonderful 5/17/2013

Technician is wonderful and I highly recommend this company. Our washing machine broke down so I searched on Google for a appliance repair company, came across Emerald City Appliance Repair and read their positive reviews. The technician came within an hour to look at it. He repaired it quickly and the price was very reasonable. He was friendly and kind too!. more

Very professional! 1/7/2013

I had heard about Emerald City Appliance Repair from my friend and was impressed with their no nonsense approach to appliance repairs. When I realized my freezer was not working I looked them up on the internet and called. The repairman came the next morning and diagnosed and repaired the freezer in less than an hour. He explained what went wrong, how to detect the problem and how to handle the recovery of the freezer. I was reassured and very pleased. Very professional. more
