Expensive and Poor Customer Service 2/13/2006

I have no problem paying high prices for unique, quality items - but in turn I expect superb customer service, which Ellabella lacks horribly. I ordered a crib in October and still have not gotten the right one and it's mid-February. I always had to call for updates and never once was I offered any compensation for my troubles. My baby will be here any day and I don't have the crib that I ordered. My advice is to shop the internet - you can find most of the items there and it's no more expensive. more

Designer Children's Clothing 8/20/2005

Elllabella is one of the few places in the Tri-Cities to offer designer clothing. Usually you need to look on the internet or go to Spokane or Seattle to find the labels that Ellabella carries. The store carries beautiful children's clothing and is conveniently located on Gage Blvd by Tony Roma's. The selection is not huge, but you will definitely find something for your little one or a wonderful baby gift. The prices are typical of designer children's clothing stores - don't go looking for a bargain. more

Its about time a good baby store showed up in the Tri Cities! This is a very nice store with a lot of good quality, high end products. If there is a certain brand that you are looking for and you cant find it anywhere else around here, chances are you can find it at ellabella. I think the only downfall to the store is that it can be quite spendy, but that really isn't a surprise considering they carry a lot of the more expensive brands and higher quality products. I can order some of the same products online for cheaper including shipping. But if you need something now and cant wait for shipping, then this is the place to go! more
