Ellabella

We ordered a Stroller/Car Seat combo ($400) and a crib ($700) from Ella Bella. We were told they were both to be delivered (at the latest) by the first of October. Our baby is due on November 19th and we ordered our product in July. Come October, neither had arrived. There was apparently a mix up on the crib and the lady in charge of shipping (Sereta) continually reported to us that they had no way of knowing where the car seat was (even though I was told they order it directly from the manufacturer and it was NOT on backorder). Finally, three weeks late and without explanation out car seat showed up. Our crib is still not delivered and we were told that it will "hopefully" be in by November. Whether this was an issue at Ella Bella or at the manufacturer's end the fact of the matter was that for 3 weeks after expected arrival, we still had yet to see any of our $1100 worth of merchandise. And we still continue to wait for our crib. Their selection is great and they have a lot of very unique and great items. If you are shopping in the store I would totally recommend this place (though it is a bit pricey). However, if you are looking to special order I strongly suggest dealing with another business as we found their shipping estimates consistently inaccurate and their customer service a bit rude. more

This place is great for finding those items that arent available anywhere else in town. The sell high end, good quality stuff. Only problem is that some of their stuff is spendy, but that is to be expected with a boutique. They carry a particular carseat I wanted for my daughter (that was not available anywhere else around town) but I was able to find it more than $50 cheaper online. Overall this is a very nice store, and the employees are very friendly. more

Ellabella is a wonderful place to find cute baby and children's clothing as well as some accessories, and the prices weren't as high as I was expecting for boutique. I highly recommend this if you need to find a baby shower gift or something for that new special arrival. They carry some brands that I haven't seen elsewhere in the Tri-Cities- stuff I'd only seen online until now. There is plenty of parking as it's in a complex with other stores. Friendly employees. more

I went here with my uncle and my baby cousin and they some pretty cute baby clothes. What I really like about them are the prices. not only are they really cheap but they are always having promotions and giving away coupons that can help you save even more. This is the perfect place to go if you have a baby son or daughter or need to get a present for someones baby shower. more
