these people will steal from you,charges money to your credit card,lie to you,and will not resolve any problems that arises. Don't expect what you pay for and good luck in getting a resolution without costing you 2 1/2 times you contract price.these people of ecruise Thief charges trip will not be the fees you pay and you will be sorry for doing business more

Don't use this agency to book a cruise. 1/10/2013

Booked online for cruise on Oct. 26, 2012. Long story short Hurricane Sandy came to town. On board the ship we were told we were not going to our destination-could get off with full refund. Got my dep. back from Royal Carribean-still waiting for my refund from this place. I have made 15 phone calls-no lie have it documented, and 4 calls to RC. This agency is eager to take your money, offer little to no help when you have a question, but gives you the run around when a refund is do! I would find someone else if I were you. I'm writing this in Jan. 3 months and still no refund. more

ecruises rip-off 3/9/2009

I booked a cruise with e-cruises.com and later needed to change the cruise. They want me to pay a $100 charge just to CHANGE my cruise. Unbelievable. I would suggest cruisers look elseware. (this fee was not listed in any of the information sent to me) more

Going online is better 6/19/2005

I went into this travel agent to look for prices on a cruise. Usually, I find travel agents helpful but the people who worked here seemed to be a little bit lost on what the actualy job was. They were extremely informal and made us sit in the waiting area while they went into their offices and printed up info about a specific cruise. If you're loking for info on cruises - save your time and look online, it is a lot quicker and you will find more info than these peopl ehave to offer. more
