Sometimes they pick up the garbage and sometimes they don't, meanwhile you have already paid for the service. I have had to call them several times, sometimes they call back but most of the time they don't! Noticed they said things had improved. Don't think so. Surprised they are still in business!! more

IMPROVED! 9/24/2010

I called them about pricing and asked about the bad reviews - WHICH I NOTICED WERE ALL LAST YEAR - and they were very frank about it. They had had some problems which they have since corrected. I decided to try them AND the prices for 2x week pick-up were better than my current once a week. So far, so good! more

Wouldn't recommend 9/10/2005

This garbage service offers a good price for 2 day/week pick-up, but you cannot always rely on them to pick up your garbage when they are supposed to. It is also very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone - other than the answering machine - and they do not return your calls. more
