Regarding the negative comments, I'd like to say that being a business owner myself, we tend to get those absurd customers that are very hard to deal with, if things don't go their way even if its not the right way, this is exactly what they do, slander businesses! I've dealt with Ecentric for some time now and have always received nothing but the best costumer service from them. I've been in situations where my register PC crashed in the middle of the day and they have always somehow managed to squeeze me in to solve my issues, never have they displayed any of the issues the bad comments are indicating. I've also referred many other business owners I know as well as family and friends to them, they all have thanked me! I only wish I would've found Ecentric Computer Solutions sooner, they have made my life a lot easier! Pros: Personable and Caring, and affordable :) Cons: Wish I found them sooner! more

Had my PC fail on me. Decided to go with Windows 7 but still needed all my sons baby pictures from the computer. Ecentric restored all my data and installed Windows 7 for me. When the computer was returned they hooked it up and all was well. It did however take them a extra day to finish the job but they gave me 10% off of the total for having to wait. Very satisfied all around. Pros: Always willing to help. more

Ecentric Computer Solutions has repaired my PC several times over the years and have always been more then fair. Twice have been my fault and once has been a problem with the internet company Charter. Arthur is very direct to the point and made sure I understood exactly what was going on. Arthur recently supposedly fixed my computers, however a couple of days later when I tried to use them neither of the computers worked properly. When contacted about this Arthur refused to do anything about it. I was a matter of tough luck.Beware of these people they break appointments, reschedule, then never show up. Very frustrating as a business owner to deal with individuals who simply want to create issues for your existing business. As I recall the information which has been provided by Cw1926 is inaccurate and as anyone would know, software in Windows machines have issues. As a business all we can do to correct the problems is proceed to help our customers as much as possible. On the other hand, although we try to do so, we can not change the fact at times we find it rather difficult to deal with individuals who are irrational and demanding. Not only is it almost impossible to satisfy someone who has those characteristics, it is even harder to defend ones self from someone who intentionally lies and proceeds to slander a small business because the facts were out of range of there competency level. These people are con artists. We paid them to get a virus off our computer. They charged us a ridiculous amount of money. We paid an extra $60 for one year of virus protection. They took the money and signed us up for a free trial of internet protection. It expired in a month. When we tried to get them to fix it, the guy scheduled several appointments and never showed. He actually called one time and said the cops told him he wasn't allowed to leave his house that day. Are you serious? Is this guy on house arrest? Cons: This company is a scam more
