This is the best dealership on the planet as far as we're concerned. Everyone we've ever dealt with there has been courteous and professional. This includes the owner, the sales staff, the mechanics, the body shop guys, the finance dept., the oil change workers and all the support staff. We are planning a move to another area of Michigan, but we're keeping Draper as our dealership. Wouldn't consider doing business anywhere else! more

My fiance and I decided to buy a new (used) car last year. The only cars we had ever bought were from the side of the road private sellers. So going to a car dealership to purchase a car was a new thing for both of us. Draper was the only place that showed me cars in the price range I was interested in, and they didn't try to get me into a car that was $1,000 to $2,000 more than what I had asked for. Everywhere else we had been had done that. They got me a great car for the price range I was looking in, knocked off $700 from the down payment we were supposed to need, and when we came to pick up the car without knowing we had to have full coverage insurance on it before we could drive it away, they threw a dealer plate on it and let us take it for the weekend! This place was absolutely great and didn't try to take advantage of us and treated us excellent. more
